Websense is a great tool for auditing and protecting your company’s network and sensitive data. For instance you can set filters that only allows user to access Facebook from the hours of 11-1. Or limit the time spent on a site for a certain user: let’s say Bill can only use “Social Networking” sites for 30 minutes per day. Not only can you set limits but you can also monitor connections in real time or create reports on an ad hoc basis or have them emailed to an administrator daily, weekly, monthly or anything in between.
